CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Yarış Kabin Company has adopted the principle of Continuous Improvement activities to increase power in the market competitiveness by improving processes systematically. Continuous Improvement is a integrated methodology in which lean manufacturing techniques are applied, focusing on the elimination of all losses and wastes, zero accidents, zero breakdowns, zero defects, zero stocks in the whole plant.

In order to carry out Continuous Improvement activities in a systematic and value-added manner on the basis of production and management processes, there are teams formed with the participation of experts in their fields.

For this purpose Safety, Cost Deployment, Focused Improvement, Autonomous Maintenance, Workplace Organization, Professional Maintenance, Quality Control, Logistics, Early Equipment Management, People Development, Environment and Energy teams carry out technical activities.

Continuous Improvement studies are also actively carried out on managerial activities such as The Motivation of Operators, The Route Map, Involvement of Organization, Follow-up the Targets etc.

Each team works in coordination with each other to achieve zero goals.

These steps are implemented in three parts as;

Reactive part, includes the detection of the problems and the countermeasures to be taken,
Preventive part, the applications of the countermeasures are initiated and followed,
Proactive part, the problems are predicted and the precautions are taken.

As the Yarış Kabin, we adopt Continuous Improvement culture. We make Continuous Improvement in order to maximize our occupational health and safety applications with the understanding of zero work accidents, to continuously increase the competence of all our employees and to make high quality products with zero defects first time.

Yarış Kabin San. ve Tic. A.Ş. as an experienced manufacturer of tractor safety cabins and industrial equipment, we accept the responsibility to protect and be friendly to the environment and reduce the harmful effects of our operations. Therefore, we commit the following:

• Comply with the current regulations of Quality Management Systems, its audit requirements, continuous improvement activities, and periodical assessment,
• Manage the use of energy sources (electricity, natural gas, water, fuel, etc.) and set targets to reduce the emission levels measured by an accredited organization,

Yarış Kabin San. ve Tic. A.Ş. will protect information security from internal and external threats, accidental and/or intentional breaches by conducting fast, accurate, secure and effective access to data and related information. The information security management system will preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information by applying a risk management process and gives confidence to interested parties that risks are adequately managed.
